     Marc Held is a New York–based entrepreneur, attorney and founder recognized for his leadership across law, technology, and business innovation. As an accomplished litigator and strategic advisor, he has built and advised numerous companies across diverse industries.

     Marc is the founder and partner in Held & Hines, LLP, a leader and well-regarded law practice based in New York City. Marc also serves as an advisory board member to Citizens Bank. He is also the founder and creator of CarAccident.com, the possibly first digital internet platform designed to simplify and streamline the personal injury process for consumers. In addition, he founded Provenance Collectibles, a venture dedicated to authentication, ownership tracking, and the future of digital and physical collectible assets.

     Throughout his career, Marc has been featured, interviewed, and quoted by numerous media outlets for his expertise in law, entrepreneurship, and the evolving intersection of technology and consumer services. His work continues to bridge innovative ideas with practical solutions, establishing him as a trusted advisor and forward-thinking business leader.

     With a technology career spanning over 30 years from the 1990s in Silicon Valley to IT consulting for Fortune 100 companies, David is truly a technologist. During his career, he as led large development and testing teams and worked closely with executive stakeholders to deliver business value and great customer experiences. 

     He has founded multiple startups and a mobile app studio. As and accomplished leader, he brings extensive experience in system analysis, product design, architectural solutions and driving high functioning teams to deliver quality products on time and budget.  His pioneering work in AI platforms and apps has led to several patent filings which are pending for Verisage.  He is tireless and dedicated to our vision to provide solutions which solve real problems for AI users in education and business.
